How long does my order take to ship?

Once dispatched our orders have an estimated delivery period of 3-4 days. Please note : When stock is low there may be lead times of up to 6 weeks. Please contact prior to purchase for up-to-date stock availabilities / lead times.

Do you offer international shipping? 

This is not currently an option at checkout however can be arranged upon request.

What is your return policy? 

If your order is faulty please get in touch : If we can not rectify the fault you will be given the option of a replacement or refund.

Had a change of heart? Returns are accepted in exchange for a full refund if you change your mind within 7 days of receipt.

Initial postage costs are non-refundable, any additional postage costs that may occur later are the responsibility of the customer.

Return / refund policy does not apply to custom orders (including cushion covers).
